Pretty rigorous. Two phone interviews, one with HR and one with a software developer. HR asks personal questions about you and how you handle situations, etc. Then you take a Java test online. Software developer asks technical Java questions in the other phone interview. Then you take a personality test online. HR person is basically in contact with you the entire time letting you know what to do. Really nice lady. She will call you in for a 3 hour long in person interview. 1 hour with her and another HR person, 1 hour with two software developers (more technical part but they are nice), half hour with a software manager. Every one was very kind which made me feel more comfortable going through the entire process. Two downsides: (1) the interview process took about 2 months to go through completely, (2) they do NOT contact you if you do not receive an offer. While waiting to hear back, I turned down two internships and being strung along for 2 months is just not fair in my opinion. I emailed them and then was told I did not receive the internship.
