Interview
There is a pre-interview. Then an interview with up to 3 supervisors. If you make it through that interview, there will be an interview with 1-2 managers and then ultimately, a potential interview with the RVP.

Straightforward interview. Emphasis on getting to know you personally and how past experience can help in the role. Stayed away from the useless cliche questions which was a huge positive.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. I met with each underwriting manager and then finally the top underwriting manager of the branch. All of the managers are very friendly and more so judge you on your character rather than qualifications.
