Interview
I applied online and a week later got a call to schedule an in-person interview at the Indianapolis office. The interview went extremely well. I dressed professionally and looked spotless. I answered all their questions professionally and with careful thought. Everyone was polite. A few days later, they sent me an automated e-mail saying they were not going to hire me and I never heard from them again. They only wasted my time.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself. What do you like to do? What are your goals?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Auto-Owners Insurance (Lansing, MI) in Jun 2024
Interview
I interviewed in person for 2 hours, with 4 separate individuals each taking the room for a 30 minute time slot. At first I was skeptical but after finishing the process, the 2 hours flew by and what I thought was going to be repetitive wasn't at all. The 4 interviewers all had different topics that they discussed and gave them all different viewpoints of myself.
