I had 2 different process, they were really different and receive a complete diffferent feedback in both of them even if it was for the same positon, at the end in both they bring people from other company. The situation is that for a employee having his retro is disturbing and confusiong because it do not match even if they were 3 months appart, people do not change that much in so little time to have another opportnity area, it was suspicios, the people enter where people already worked with the boss....
