Interview was quite simple. Went through the standard retail process to get a feel for how well one deals with the public. Automotive knowledge assessment and sales experience. Up-sales and add on sales are key.

Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.

Applied Online got a call for the first interview, with the store manager. Couple days later got called for a second interview with District manager was told it was gonna be quick and easy. DM wanted to put a face to candidates for the position. Store manager made the final decision on who is hired.
