I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Autobell Car Wash (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Very straightforward and quick interview process. Managers just wanted to make sure I was someone who could work hard and wasn't a drug addict or anything too crazy.
Just asking you whether or not you would like working outdoors. Easy yes or no questions not really an interview more of an overview to make sure you would like the job.
Easy they bring you in ask you some questions about your past jobs and make you take a drug test and ask for your availability. If it fits they hire you in the spot. They honestly told me that most people who work there are in high school so they love people who have open Availability if your not in school it’s perfect and if you are they work with your schedule
