Autodesk Senior Software Engineer I interview questions

Autodesk has to have some of the worst interviewing processes in the industry. I've interviewed with them multiple times and it's always the same, they put an unenthused and expressionless person in front of you, and give you numerous coding challenges. The challenges seem straightforward -- but it also seems like they are looking for the exact approach that they expect, without considering your explanation of your specific approach, and though you feel confident afterwards, they will not bother to contact you, even to deny you the role. You are left in limbo. My recruiter couldn't even get an answer out of them. One of the worst experiences, and it's always the same with them. Id recommend they take a good hard look at their process, and how they can improve upon it.
