Automated Insights interview questions

After applying the next day I received an email from Taylor the recruiter for the company. He was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. After briefly discussing my qualifications I was able to take a cognitive and personality assessment. A couple days later I found out that the hiring team decided not to move forward with my application due to not scoring within a predefined threshold despite being more than qualified for the position and having multiple reference letters from previous managers who attest to my skill, work ethic and ability to work with others. I'm not an advocate against this form of testing because it can be a very beneficial tool I just wish I would have at least been able to have a discussion with the actual hiring manager regarding my skills and capabilities. Despite this being the case, there are definitely no hard feelings. Automated Insights seems like a very good and promising company with a bright future looking in from the outside.
