I was contacted by a recruiter in LinkedIn with the suggestion to go through the interview process. The interview process consisted of four steps: 1. Interview with the recruiter 2. Interview with leads from 2 teams 3. Interview with PM 4. Interview with Head of Engineering Automation Hero works only with dedicated recruiters and communication process with the recruiter was very professional and quick. We have managed to do four interviews in less than 1.5 weeks. Job offer was send 2 hours after my final interview. I was given an opportunity to ask my questions on every stage on the interview process and they were quite open and honest with their answers.
