Interview
The interview process consists of multiple (5) stages. In each stage, I had an opportunity to meet people from various positions within the company structure. This is beneficial because it gave insight into what kind of culture is fostered at AH. In addition to technical discussions, emphasis is given to behavioural questions, which ensures a good cultural fit. All questions that I have prepared were completely answered and interviewers have put great effort to provide sufficient description of the role, company, projects, atmosphere, culture and use cases.
The atmosphere in all interviews was pleasant, and all interviewers were engaged. Follow-ups and feedbacks were given in an outstandingly short time. Definitively one of the most efficient and pleasant interview processes.
