Interview
After I sent my application I received a phone call within 3 days. I was invited to the interview a week later, and had an interview with the HR and manager for about an hr. It was a very easy going atmosphere. They made me believe I am the perfect candidate for that job. I was very surprised when they called me and told me that they need more time to decide. I received a call by the manager about 2 months (!) later saying, that they found someone with experience in this field. The manager was very sorry about the process and that they made me false promises. However, he gave a really good reason why they decided to take someone else.
