Had a phone followed by another phone and then a panel style interview. They kept talking about culture and fit which seemed like I was doing very well. In the end there was one person on the panel that for some reason just didn't like me. They made it VERY clear. I got the email 2 weeks later that I was not going to be offered the job even though I was a fit they went with someone more experienced.
Then why did you constantly talk about culture fit?
