First, I received a thoughtful SMS from the recruiter, inquiring about my availability for the next steps in the hiring process. Shortly after, I had a productive 30-minute call with the same recruiter, during which we discussed my qualifications, work experience, and aspirations for the role. The call allowed me to gain further insights into the position and showcase my enthusiasm and suitability for the opportunity.

Interview process was well-run and there aren't endless rounds which is nice. The final round involves a 4 hour "super day" with coding challenges, behavioral interview, and a system design exercise.

Got a coding test first and then a single phone interview. Extremely slow response from the recruiter. Multiple co-ordination error during the process. Even after communicating another offer deadline weeks back, the recruiter was passive to pro-actively handle it.
