Negative experience due to lack of professionalism. I was contacted on LinkedIn about the opportunity. I went through the interview process which included a coding challenge as well as hiring manager screen followed by the final round. Afterward, I was asked for my availability for a phone call, but did not receive a call at the scheduled time. I asked to schedule again but got no response until two days later, when they explained that they would call me on the same day. However, once again I received no call. Finally, two days after that, I tried to get in touch with them again but still got no response. Being ghosted is always frustrating, but for it to happen multiple times from the same team made it an especially negative experience. The kicker is that four days after I gave up, they contacted me once again on LinkedIn to pitch the exact same job opportunity. They couldn't even remember that they had already interviewed me!
