First spoke to the recruiter who had reached out, and had a rather quick call and moved on to the next stage. The next two stages were disorganized and subject to consistent changes so respectfully declined to continue, and they also didn't care to follow up. There is very little professionalism in their recruitment team and reflects poorly on what it means to work here.
