Autosoft interview questions

I worked directly with HR / Internal recruiter on finding a position within Autosoft - approximately 3 weeks passed and was contacted for a position that matched directly to my resume. Was asked to interview in person since my qualifications mirrored the job description (they had my resume before the job was created). Although I received an agenda, I did not meet with 2/5 people. Met the CEO and received a tour - took about 2.5hrs. I enjoyed the conversation and everyone was welcoming and seemed very nice. It had been stated that it was tough to get qualified candidates out in that area - and I was not a local since I came from afar. Although HR promised to get back within a few days, I had to contact them to see where I stood in the interview process. The answer I received was vague and said my qualifications did not match with what they were seeking. Very misleading and disappointing since we had multiple conversations on my skill set and experience before I traveled out to West Middlesex. My experience up to the interview couldn't have been better to get me in the door, however, felt disconnected since then. Would have hoped for a more structured interview process but maybe I had a unique experience... Best of luck to Autosoft in the upcoming project - it's a make or break!
