I was contacted via email for a phone interview, which we scheduled. The interviewer emailed a few hours before our call to say that they needed to reschedule (either later that day or the next day.) I responded back confirming the next day, at the same time was good. I never heard anything else regarding this position. I sent a follow-up email 2 weeks later and still.... nothing. I thought this was very unprofessional.
