This is one of those organizations where after you have dealt with them you are left wondering two things: How could they ever satisfy a client and why are they still in business? Though they lament their inability to attract, hire and retain skilled, experienced management talent, they collectively exhibited zero follow-up which is indicative of low accountability and no sense of purpose. When I was able to pin down one executive who proclaimed they wanted to extend on offer, he never called back and never replied to emails. Even if I wasn't a candidate of consideration, a professional and quality organization would have communicated their intentions. There was nothing of the sort from these clowns.
