I got call from HR that my resume is shortlisted and I got invitation for Screening round . I joined the screening round and Interviewer asked things from me on Linux , troubleshooting and my past experience on jobs. He even said that my resume aligns perfect with required skills and its mostly confirmed that I qualify for second round. But then I never heard back from them . After sending multiple mails to HR who scheduled my resume , asking for feedback on my interview . She replied that you are not selected because you don't have experience in windows administration . I mean , "are you serious ??" . You are interviewing for "Senior linux admin role" who have experience and certification in Linux , cloud , network , VM , backup , Monitoring , docker , kubernetes , nagios , qualys , etc . And you mentioned reason that he don't have experience in windows administration . Stop wasting time others time
