1st round - screening round 2nd round - aptitude test - cognitive + personality devpt. Cognitive aptitude test was really great. There is no right and wrong in Personality devpt test. But because it was machine based, you need to select across the range ( my personal tip) i wasn't aware of such judgements being made in PD till now and lead to failure. It's unfair as I find myself fit for the role but loss of opportunity because of lack of guidance.
