I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Avalara
Interview
Went through all rounds, interviewed well. Everyone I met with was pleasant and seemed highly interested in my background and skills etc. Yet no offer. Followed up with the recruiter to get feedback twice and NO RESPONSE.
Thank you for writing to us and bringing your experience with Avalara to our attention. We’re sorry that you didn’t receive timely follow up during our interview process. We’re always working to learn more and improve.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Avalara (Brighton, England) in Aug 2023
Interview
I met with the Sr Talent Acquisition Partner briefly once before an online aptitude test then once more after that for a longer chat. Thereafter, I spoke to the CS Hiring Manager. Despite feeling like these meetings went well, almost 2 months have passed and I haven't even receive an email to say I was unsuccessful. This is really frustrating and disrespectful to candidates who put their time and effort into preparing for interviews and sitting through them.
