Slow communication led to predictably being ghosted. The TA team treats you terribly despite you investing significant time in their process. Avoid going through this process unless you're desperate because this has to reflect the culture and how they (don't) care about their people.

Nine phone interviews and six onsite interviews over an eight-week period with zero follow-up from Avalara after the interviews, even after requesting some form of a final answer several times. Disappointed is an understatement. Other firms I have interviewed with at least had the courtesy to email a go/no-go decision.
