Had a great conversation with the company's recruiter, and was told that my resume would be passed to the hiring manager. Followed up after 2 weeks not having heard, and was told the hiring manager had my resume and would be following up. After two months have not heard anything. I understand that not everyone that applies gets a response, but it would be nice if there was at least a follow up of "thanks, but no thanks" once you've spoken with someone at the company.
