Had a phone and group interview as a large amount of employees are referrals. Getting to see if you fit the position and the crowd for a pleasant work environment is important. Employees get along well and part of the interview felt like working along side them finding how well you fit.

Nothing very unexpected. Expect to get drilled on in places you do not have experience as well just to see how deep your knowledge is.

3 Schritte. 1) Telefonat mit HR als Vorgespräch und erstes Abklopfen meiner Angaben. 2) Technisches Interview mit jemandem aus dem Fachbereich. Technisch heißt auch methodisch. 3) Finales Gespräch mit HR, jemandem aus dem Fachbereich und dem organisatorischen Vorgesetzen des Fachbereichs.
Average to Difficult interview process. Communicate your thought process clearly. Articulate the nuances of the duties done by you and be very specific about the role you performed previously. Prior job experience required for most roles
