The interview process was as usual and went great. But after the interview, there was barely any communication from the HR and nothing at all from the hiring manager. The hiring manager does not have any clue about the product and the type of person he is looking for. After 3-4 weeks,they said they have work only for a year or so for this role. I wasted my time, effort and PTO in attending this interview at such a hopeless and nonsense company where the hiring manager does not even know whether they would need people for their work and if there is sufficient work to keep the person busy. They keep posting the same positions again and again. Do not waste your time on this useless company.
