The interview process was just terrible. The recruiter reached out and we had the standard 30 minute exploratory call. She said she will get back to me within a week. 3 weeks went by with SILENCE. I reached out twice within a span of 5 weeks and was then hit with a auto-rejection email. The job remains posted and re-posted on job boards. Clearly not hiring for the role. Stop gaslighting people if you're not actually looking to fill the job. Incredibly unprofessional.
