I applied through other source. I interviewed at Avanquest Software (Calabasas, CA) in Mar 2011
Interview
Interview process was fine. Pretty typical. Interviewed on the phone first with the person who would become the world's worst boss (for me at least) and then proceeded to interview 1 on 1 with a couple others I would eventually work with a little bit. Overall, eventual boss seemed to put on a bigger front than necessary and loved to make them-self bigger than they actually were.
Other Marketing Interview Reviews for Avanquest Software
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Avanquest Software (Pleasanton, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Small office, few people, absolutely silent with an old company feel. The process was to have a "discussion" where I learned that the corporate strategy was to carry out the requests of the owner who was based in L.A., but called several times a day to direct the team without question - so it was not an environment I was interested in being associated with.
