Interesting interview process which I have never seen used by another company. The hiring process consists of two interviews, the first being a technical / personality interview. The second being a chat with the company founders. I was not impressed during my interview. My interviewer looked like he just woke up, the questions had little to do with my position, and my interviewer couldn't answer even basic questions about the job, benefits, etc...
