I was called a few times by HR in response to an open position. When I returned the call (as they requested on my voicemail), they sounded irritated and very bluntly told me that they was recruiting for "more important" positions and that they would return my call when those higher level positions were filled. They told me to disregard the message and they would call me back if they wanted to speak with me. I've never spoken with such a rude team in my life. APPARENTLY, admin positions are not as important as other jobs at Avatar, which is why they can't keep them filled for long. If you're not a higher level employee, don't bother applying. You're not welcome. Awful. No wonder this company got such bad reviews from employees. I'm happy that I read these reviews, followed by speaking with such a "pleasant" recruiter. I definitely dodged a bullet!
