I got call through consultant. Interview process took 2 weeks. In both round of interview interviewer has no idea what to ask. Hence random silly questions were asked. Some junior position person was taking interview. I asked him about Avaya vision and he was clueless.
I got the offer but I declined as I don't like the company. Useless interview process.

There were three interviews. The final interview was with two people. There were a lot of technical questions. The interview had a very positive atmosphere. After the third interview I was offered the position.
