I had applied for a position on their web site and was contacted a few weeks later by a recruiter. I interviewed with her who said that the next steps was an interview with the Director and if I made it past that I would be interviewed by the VP. I talked to the Director next, within a few days and she was great, candid and honest. About a week later I interviewed with the VP, she was honest and straight to the point. I was offered the job about 3 days later.
