I applied in August and received a rejection in October. There were 2 rounds of video interviews - Technical Support Manager and Technical Director from different regions. No technical questions were asked. I had to keep chasing the HR bi-weekly for the application status and was glad that she responded. The delays were from the hiring managers. I was informed that I was not suitable due to the job scope required onsite experience (resident engineer) and must possess strong Avaya product knowledge despite my voice network background.
