Straightforward and simple. You have to do skill check offs and meet with the office staff. They have do nursing competency tests, N95 fit testing as well as TB skin test. It may be required to do orientation with another nurse once hired
Very profession, very friendly, will work around your needs. interview was over the phone with very specific questions to gauge your general skills. i like that because it shows they hire competent employees and care about quality. They will have more happy clients and more full time opprotunitys for me then maybe another company that may not care as much.
