First step was phone screen - I'd expected to hear back from them but never did - Was very disappointed that their representative did not follow thru on what the process should have been.

Recruiter phone interview, followed by an in person office interview. The recruiter seemed confused about what role he was filling and did not seem organized. The interview was about 30 minutes in office. The questions were thorough.
