Aveda Lead Advisor interview questions

The interview was mostly behavioral questions, such as, "explain to me a time when you have…" specifically looking for feedback on how to manage relationships, difficulty, and grow business.

The interview process is exactly what you would expect. Pretty typical. Very professional, however, very laid back. One of the easiest interviews I have ever had. When I was done they sent me home with a little thank you gift of the new lipstick, and a hand relief hand creme.
