Interview
I met with several members of the company, directors, CMO, and area VP.s Because the company is spread out over 10 states, some interviews were in person and others were on the phone. I did meet the CMO, COO, and CEO though- they flew out to meet me then I received an offer from the individual who would be my department head. For the meeting with the executives, I was told to dress business/smart casual and they showed up in (dressy) jeans. It was awesome!

Interview
The process was quite simple, and they kept me in the loop on everything. I had a phone interview with HR and the Hiring Manager the same day. The following week I had a panel interview with the Hiring manager and several other members of their team. The next week, I was brought in for another interview to meet some other team members. It gave me a really good feel for the people I would be working with. I ended up getting multiple offers in a few days and chose Avenue5 based on the process, company culture, and their team members!
