The interview was 15 mins long total. I recommend dressing business casual. The Property Manager asked me the typical interview questions and I was prepared with answers. Manager also give me a tour of the property and took two weeks to get back to me with a job offer.

Interview
The job ad I replied to made this look like an entry-level position. The hiring manager didn't really look at my resume until I was sitting in their office, and determined within one minute I didn't have the 5 or more years of experience they were actually looking for. They were nice about it, but it was a waste of both our times.
