I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Avenue5 Residential
Interview
Was very quick, met with RM and VP and they called same day and offered the position. Only one interview was held at a local property. The conversation was upbeat and personal. There was no indication that the women in front of me were going to act like demons later.
I applied online. I interviewed at Avenue5 Residential (Washington, DC) in Jun 2026
Interview
While I understand the interview is a fact-finding mission for the company, I’ve never not wanted to work a company after an interview in my life. Two people were in the call. One tried to be overly polite because the other was simply flat out rude. Was not welcoming, never smiled and typed most of the interview as if she were bothered she had to even attend.
The interview started with a virtual interview with situational questions. They asked how I’d handle things like vendor issues, upset tenants, and marketing a vacant property. It was quick and to the point.

They asked how I would market a property that was sitting vacant to get it leased
Great experience! The process was very simple and flowed the way that it should’ve. Everyone was super nice and supportive. I have no complaints. Definitely one of the best companies that I have interviewed with.
