The initial interview was with a recruiter, the second interview with the community manager. All done and offer given within 2 weeks. The job rushed me to start earlier than I would have liked.

I had a WebCam interview. they didn’t introduce themselves and rushed the entire time. I come from a different industry and he was extremely condescending about my previous jobs and my experience. He downplayed my job tasks at my past employers. He had no interest in interviewing me and made it very clear by not asking me formal questions. The pay was mentioned from $15-$18 hr. The job tasks/duties is definitely worth more than the pay that they were offering.

Initial phone interview with Avenue5 hiring manager, then a phone interview with the property manager which led to an in-person casual interview (only if they are interested in offering you a position at that time). Discussed the position more thoroughly and what was to be expected of the job. Did not go over all details of benefits but provided some info.
