I had the opportunity to interview with both a portfolio manager and their superior. My initial impressions of the two interviews were positive and personable. Despite going through the entire application process and submitting references, the company did not follow up with me after the interviews. After sending multiple emails inquiring about my employment status, I received no response. Oddly enough, their recruiting team reached out again to schedule the whole process over again, under the assumption that I had not interviewed yet. Overall, the communication seemed disorganized throughout the experience, and was overall disrespectful of my time.
