Avenue5 Residential interview questions

Typical application process. Hiring manager reached out to me within two hours of my application. I was require to take a personality assessment, which I was told I was 99 percentile of this assessment. I had two interviews with the hiring manager, one being over the phone and the second being in-person, at the property. The hiring manager was pleasant to talk to. Second interview was with a VP. The interview questions were inappropriate. I was asked why my friend, who holds a leadership position at a competitor’s company hasn’t “given me a job yet”. The questions throughout the entire interview were in appropriate. I wonder why I was asked to come in? Before my interview with a VP, I was interested in Avenue5 Residential. Minutes after the interview began, I knew I would never consider working for Avenue5 Residential. I left this interview and never heard back from anyone. Highly unprofessional experience and the questions were offensive.

The initial interview was with a recruiter, the second interview with the community manager. All done and offer given within 2 weeks. The job rushed me to start earlier than I would have liked.
