Phone screening with HR, then the future co-worker, next step is hiring manager and hiring manager supervisor. Interview is pretty casual but they will expect you to wear suit. For the 2nd step of they will fly you in and put you in a hotel for 2 days. Take you around for plant tour or office tour.
