I applied for this job 10/22..I was interviewed by recruiter and he said I should hear back from him soon for a second interview from Hiring Manager. I followed up with him many times only for him to say position was given to someone else internally. 3 months later he reaches out to me asking me if I am still interested in the position, i said yes. I interview with Hiring Manager who has been there since 2021 he seems very disinterested in interviewing and his questions were very vague. In a what i am very happy I didn't receive an offer because they dont have a system in place
