Many interviews. Two with HR, one with lead consultant, one with potential manager, one with another manager, one with a partner, one with CEO. That's a lot of interviews. Received offer, accepted offer. Then was told about the non-compete, after I accepted the offer. Not very nice to keep that to yourself until after literally 7 interviews. After accepting their non-enforceable non-compete, was told I NEED to start ASAP. My grandma had just died, which I told them about. But NO -- NEED TO START ASAP. Started ASAP. Didn't even have a client laptop for 2+ months after the start date. They don't care about you as a person, and it shows in their actions.
