The interview was scheduled fairly quickly. However , the person scheduling the interview wasn’t the interviewer. The actual interviewer was someone else . In the interview, they did not introduce themself . Every time I asked a question, the interviewer conveniently referred to the job description. It never felt like a conversation nor dialogue . This interview was a waste of my time, and I’m not surprised that I was dispositioned. As somebody who works in talent management, this was probably one of the worst interviews I’ve had. The interviewer was even condescending at times when I asked them a few questions. Someone needs to train them in interviewing candidates properly. The pay is extremely low and not worth it.
