First process: screen call from the Lead Recruiter (Heinrich Santos) of Avid via Zoom. Second process: Interview with the Curriculum Development Director, Learning Services via Zoom. Third process: Interview with the Curriculum Production Specialist (the person whom you will work with) Fourth process: The director asked for two or three samples of your work/portfolio for the final decision. The interview process had four stages and it took around 30 minutes to 1 hour per interview. They made me feel comfortable throughout the interview.
