Initially it was a smooth process moving through the initial phone screen with HR. I was moved on to the next rounds and received adequate communication during the first 2 rounds. Months later I was asked to interview once more. After the final round interview (video conference), my reference was called and I was verbally told an offer would be extended and I'd hear within the week. After a follow up email a week later, I've been ghosted for several months.
