The interview process really reassured me that this company cares about its current employees and new employees. The interview didn't seem generic at all, it was more of a direct discussion of my current strengths and how I would like to see myself grow in the company. The interviewer made it clear to me that Aviture cares a lot about that you are in a position you feel comfortable in. This meant to me that moving around inside the company to different roles happens frequently which I think is great as it gives you the ability to learn different skills and be flexible.
