I interviewed with the Program Manager and the supervisor for the Call Center. It took nearly 3 weeks for the initial contact, and an additional two weeks between interviews. The interview was held downstairs in a formal meeting room. There was no introduction walk-through of the department to see what the position was like during the process.

Three rounds including phone screening, HM 1:1 and 1:1 with tech manager. Questions are standard, focusing on industry knowledge, work experience, and customer relationships. Only few BQs. The interview process was fast.

screening, fit and case.. it's like typical job interview as usual. They're really kind but there was some pressure of the questions. The atmosphere was rather warm and cozy..They had lots of questions to me and it prolinged around 1hour or so..
