I interviewed with several managers and they asked about my experiences at other employers and also asked me what I liked to do with my free time. I thought the interview process was very fair and I did not feel any pressure.

Asked me about FPGA, prevoous job experience, whether I ever done a bringup, communication between fpga and softcores etc...
Said the job includes multiple rides, working with clients, and deep understanding of architecture of xilinx fpga families.
